Any artist is welcome to send us a track via freshonthenet.co.uk anytime between Monday lunchtime and Thursday morning (or when we receive 200 submissions, whichever is sooner) - and all our moderators, including Tom Robinson, will listen to every track. This is our full inbox from the week beginning Mon 15 March: from Friday afternoon you'll be able to hear our shortlist and pick your favourites on this week's Listening Post which will appear at freshonthenet.co.uk/batch399

If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud GO tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which cannot be included in playlists. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks that have been previously submitted and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

Lovingly compiled by A Man Called Adam - Sally Rodgers and Steve Jones - from a vast and deep back catalogue, Love Forgotten takes pieces from every stage of their band’s journey and fuses them into a truly hypnotic whole. Reworks of classic singles sit next to commissions for the British Museum; collaborations with Idjut Boys, Sensory Productions and Ibizan legend José Padilla melt into gorgeous sunset acoustic sounds. It’s the perfect mixtape for the endless summer that’s playing out in your head.

"Barefoot In The Head" is an obscure, ambient mix of Barefoot where Rod McKeown’s voice ‘I put a seashell to my ear’ takes centre stage.

“Honeymoon Phase is based on the stereotypical fairy-tale beginning that most new relationships endure, and surviving the end of it. It covers the ebbs and flows of a new relationship, the choice we face whether it’s worth fighting for, as well as the inevitable cyclical argumentative stage: ‘we fight, we cry, we hug, we fight again.”

The sweeping piano-led arrangement which leads in contemporary pop beats and sophisticated vocal melodies is testament to the natural talent that flows from this emerging artist. Her command of songwriting and strong vision also made working with chosen producer Luke Potashnick (known for working with Gabrielle Aplin) a highly positive experience.

“'I was extremely excited to work with producer Luke Potashnick on Honeymoon Phase (Gabrielle Aplin) for my first time recording with multi-instrumental layered production. To start, we recorded using a dampened piano, covering the strings of the piano with a blanket for a soft and slightly out of tune sound to reflect the bittersweet subject. We layered many different sounds over this to express emotional turmoil and a sense of desperation.'.”
