Live recording from a special night at Do Not Sit, opening the floor for Yamil. I’ve been a longtime fan of his music, so it was a real pleasure to set the tone and build the vibe.

Ambient & medicine music has been a blessing in this last years of my life. A gift, really. It’s been guiding me through my own inner journey—through healing, through feeling, through exploring —and I’m grateful beyond words for how it continues to hold space for me and all those who come across some of this soul & earth inspired music.

This Glass Garden session was recorded in nature, where I grew up. It’s a mix of songs I’ve gathered, new music I love, and some of my own ambient work—improvised in the moment, guided by presence. I truly hope it brings you what it brought me: healing, acceptance, a sense of inner space.

Thank you to Glass Garden, @alysmusique and @dobmusique , for creating such a beautiful series, and thank you to everyone who takes the time to listen. I’m honored to share this chapter of the journey with you.

Hólmar has also worked on other collaborations such as Lovestruckk with Nico Stojan, Theory of Light with Brian Cid, and The Birds Fly South with Maxxi Soundsystem. 
These days he likes to go solo on his own musical adventure, where his organic sounds always fuse house, disco, and weirdness into fun new forms…
