I recently found a whole bunch of mixes I did between 1992 and 1997 and have started the long process of ripping the cassettes to mp3.
As I work through them in no particular order I’ll put them up for download.
Remember the sound quality isn’t great as they were all recorded on belt drive decks through a mixer with no EQ and committed to cassette on a shabby home stereo…But what the hell, it’s that authentic 90s sound through and through.

This one is from 1993. This mixing is terrible but the tunes are great. The track list is lost in the mists of my memory I’m afraid but maybe one of you can ID all the tracks.

Goldie: Essential Mix 1996

This is logical, this is a progression... The original and still one of the best sets around, LTJ's about to touch down. After much confusion I finally found the original 1996 version of LTJ's seminal Logical Progression 2 CD release. This is the mixed set (CD-B). Intelligent DnB at its finest. I've been looking for this set for a long time but have never been able to find it online, only the 2001 re-released version where the mixed CD was replaced with the 'Ministry of Sound Half A Decade Of Dance' 96 live set and different tracks on the un-mixed CD. I brought a 2nd hand copy from Discogs.com. I will do a mix using the tracks on the unmixed CD (CD-A) when I get some time.

No infringement of copyright is intended, I'm assuming it's ok to make this available to download as it's not possible to buy this new anymore. If there is a problem with copyright let me know and I'll remove it.

I got a little something I'd like to lay on y'all... Another classic LTJ set from the archives. Soulful, intelligent n' chilled DnB that takes me straight back to the days of Speed. Somehow I missed this set back in the day and only heard it for the first time a few days ago. Beautiful selection of intelligent and soulful D&B from back in the day. Always loved Bailey's sets, one of my favorite club DJs to get down to - I remember many an outstanding set down at the End. This is the second in the series and, yes, I dislike the term 'intelligent' as much as you probably do but I never really figured out what we were supposed to call this stuff, even though we were in the thick of it at the time.
