The second Expedition Community VA compilation is finally here. The name of the compilation is "CONTRAST".

One of the standout features of this compilation is its incredible diversity. It spans across genres like electronic, house, techno, trance, electro, breakbeat and ambient.
Each track is a new chapter in the story, with its own unique characters and plot twists.
Twenty-three talented producers with twenty-four tracks.
Two things that surely connect them are unstoppable passion for music and the aim to support Ukraine.
Each amount received from sales will go to help people affected by the war, but also to support the Ukrainian army.
Big thanks to every musician for the great tracks.

Venus Melissa (@fromxsky) has a very personal expression through music, exploring genres like hard house, electro, hard techno, psy trance, and breaks. She is the co-founder of the Vimana event series, which promotes safe spaces for women within the electronic music scene. In addition, she is the founder of the T4T collective, dedicated to the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in the local and international artistic movement.

In the year 2023/2024, she has been shaking up the dance floors in the main clubs of New York, where she has resided in recent years, such as Bossa Nova Civic Club, Paragon Broadway, Rash NYC, Júpiter Disco, Mood Ring, The End, and SILO, among other clubs and music festivals. She also traveled and performed in various cities around the world, such as Vienna, Lisbon, Milan, Chicago, New Jersey, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and her hometown, Asunción. She has performed many enigmatic sets on prestigious radios such as The Lot Radio (NYC), Newtown Radio (NYC), Rádio Rudina (Vienna), Stankbugz (Chicago), and Veneno Live in São Paulo.
