@kikikokolores, originally from Berlin, has always been passionate about music of many different styles and colours. For some years now as a DJ and party-organizer she is an integral part of the nightlife in Kassel, where she lives and works. She is also a member and co-founder of the collective Dreiradfahrt, whose mission is to spread magical electronic sounds among the people. During the pandemic - like many of us - Kiki Kokolores was limited to be playing at home, where she discovered her love for the slower side of electronic music, a love you will perceive in every minute of her beautiful, groovy and rousing set. ẓıȷŋ originates from the Dutch word 'zijn' which is 'to be' and that's music for us as healing in the Now. But how long is Now? ∞ In ẓıȷŋ's family of origin, music has been heard since prehistoric times as the essential art of all the arts, which were omnipresent from an early age. He was literally born with the talent of the sound artist. Some instruments shaped the career and the basic emotional feeling. When he was growing up, the first attempts came with old, cheap CD-Players to mix Goa and Downtempo.

Time passed and the priorities shifted to visual arts such as painting and studying media design. But then at some point „Techno" discovered ẓıȷŋ’s constant 'permacreative' urge to create and so began a timeless journey through electronic worlds of sound, sometimes melodious, sometimes deep, sometimes hypnotic, sometimes colorfully mixed and then again simply and with shamanic influences. Since then, ẓıȷŋ is constantly diggin’ new sound and combines different and sometimes odd styles together, just like an Alchemist would do so.

Wenn die Lichter in der Disco erlöschen und der Taxichauffeur schon auf der Tanzfläche steht, um mich zu suchen. Spätestens dann ist es Zeit, sofort auf dem Absatz kehrt zu machen und in das Graue des Morgens zu schweben.

When the lights go out in the disco and the cab driver is already on the dance floor looking for me. At the latest then it is time to immediately turn around and float into the gray of the morning.

So this was epic! Playing @ Thuishaven Amsterdam! My favorite place for a party in Amsterdam and perhaps the best venue in Amsterdam? I can say, it was secretly a little dream to play at Thuishaven and hear my music through this epic sound system. I hope you enjoy this DJ set as much as I did! Share the love ❤️

Jungle Retreat 037 ꩜ LVND | I See You

I had a desire to meditate for a long time but I needed peace and quietness. I found a beautiful forest and that beauty and the peacefulness of the nature attracted me to meditate there. So I entered the forest and with each step into it I felt the peace and calmness in me. The nature around me, songs of the birds  sang, when the wind blew it created a melody that sang a beautiful song. The relaxation in this forest relaxed me until I couldn’t feel anything. I felt I was free. I felt I was the nature. When I got ready to meditate I felt like someone was watching me, I felt an energy somewhere around that energy drew my attention. I looked around trying to see who it was but it wasn’t clear but I saw somebody looking at me from a distance. I knew that the energy I felt was from the one I was looking and I got up to see who it was and it started to run away and I started to follow behind it. I went deep into the forest and I felt the forest becoming darker and darker, losing the light yet I followed it into the dark woods. When I kept running behind it, I fell into a hole and I kept falling until I realized that I fell too deep where I couldn’t even see a light. I screamed many times for anybody to help me out of this, I screamed over and over gain. I was trapped in the deep hole and I felt like I was becoming blind by the darkness and in that moment I felt something wrapped around my body and I screamed my lungs out not knowing what was happening. Minute by minute I felt I my soul was drifting and something kept draining my soul little by little. I was helpless and in the pitch darkness and silence I felt the vibration of the earth. I realized how deep I have fallen. I had no realization of a day or night, it has been a very long time I have been trapped and the thing that wrapped my body still kept draining my soul. Day by day I started to feel each and every frequency of the earth. Each with its unique vibration. And now it have been so long I have no idea how long I have been here. And I realized I was lost and never found.
