Playing at Jazzit is always an experience, it's a Jazz festival managed by the visionary imagination of Luciano Vanni, that goes beyond idealizing but creates a virtuous community around the lost small city around Italy, once a year, with the goal of giving them a new vision for their future through art and music. The festival doesn't receive any money from the state and it's built only upon the locals engagement and the energy of Luciano, the Jazzit Magazine, the volunteers who support the festival with donations or with themselves in person. This was the first time that a Dj was scheduled at Jazzit and I must say that the answer of the audience was really astonishing. People wanted to dance, to move and to enjoy the music.
This is something magical that happens in this festival where people who don't know even the long lost meaning of music, get involved and participate as they where old jazz connoisseur. Everybody become like an old pen friend even if we never met before and this is the magical thing of this beautiful festival.
Please enjoy my Djset, imagine the olive trees hills of Montegrosso, the great food and wine and make your own trip.
