Next up on Lyssna Records is no other than Aspetuck from the great state of New York. He's a friend of the label and one of the hardest working producers around. We're immensely proud to be given the privilege to release his four track masterpiece "Lost the Key". The EP is full of swirling 303s, off kilter beats and synth laden soundscapes, ingredients we love here at Lyssna HQ. "Lost the Key" is slated for a Bandcamp exclusive release on the 3rd of September before it hits streaming services and other online boutiques a bit later.

Lope Benavente (LoopE)

Desde los inicios de su viaje musical, Lope Benavente, conocido artísticamente como LoopE, es una figura destacada en la escena local.  

Ha acumulando una vasta experiencia y un profundo conocimiento de la música electrónica desde que se introdujera a mediados de los dos mil en el mundo del House y Techno. Formó parte de colectivos locales con los que creó experiencias inolvidables para los amantes de la música electrónica.

Su amor por el vinilo es evidente, pues cuenta con una colección de discos, muchos de ellos de la coleccion de su padre, quien dirigía discotecas en los años 80. Además de su destreza con el vinilo, LoopE también domina el formato digital, lo que le permite adaptarse a cualquier entorno y audiencia.

Su destacado recorrido en el ámbito local le llevó a prestigiosos clubes de Madrid como Specka y Ballesta. Ha tenido el privilegio de tocar junto a destacados DJs de House y Techno de la escena nacional, demostrando su habilidad para fusionar ambos estilos creando una atmósfera única para cada evento, consolidando su reputación como un DJ versátil y apasionado, haciendo notar un estilo propio y distintivo.

Actualmente, LoopE se encuentra en un emocionante proceso de aprendizaje en la producción musical, ampliando sus horizontes y preparándose para ofrecer a su audiencia creaciones originales que reflejen su evolución y pasión por la música electrónica.

Since the beginning of his musical journey, Lope Benavente, known artistically as LoopE, has been a prominent figure in the local scene.

He has accumulated vast experience and a deep knowledge of electronic music since he entered the world of House and Techno in the mid-2000s. He was part of local collectives with which he created unforgettable experiences for electronic music lovers.

His love for vinyl is evident, as he has a collection of records, many of them inherited from his father, who ran clubs in the 80s. In addition to his skill with vinyl, LoopE also masters the digital format, allowing him to adapt to any environment and audience.

His outstanding journey in the local scene took him to prestigious clubs in Madrid such as Specka and Ballesta. He has had the privilege of playing alongside prominent House and Techno DJs on the national scene, demonstrating his ability to fuse both styles creating a unique atmosphere for each event, consolidating his reputation as a versatile and passionate DJ, making his own distinctive style known.

LoopE is currently undergoing an exciting learning process in music production, broadening his horizons and preparing to offer his audience original creations that reflect his evolution and passion for electronic music.
