Hi, I'm Jake a 56 year old music addict and drug fiend who is finally starting to see the error of his ways!!! (too late now and no room for regrets!) And by Error of my ways, I mean I can see how I've ruined the taking of certain drugs by abusing them! So now they no longer work properly!  I'm 40 years in now! and I am going to see it through till the end! A true Taurus person, Stubborn as Fuck!
For people who have never taken drugs, I suggest you start NOW! It's a Spiritual thing, You have to Expand your mind to accommodate the knowledge that will set you free! If you are good at meditating, then that will do as good, if not better, I'm shit at meditating! So it's drugs for me!  It's all about truth, and don't be fooled into thinking you can learn this by reading it in a book or listening to someone speaking about it, YOU CAN'T,  It must come from within your self,  A Realisation, Only then will You know the Truth! 
I got into Punk around 1982 and not long after discovered Hardcore Punk, around 1993 I finally allowed myself to get into Rave and then got into mixing.
I got into Oldskool Hardcore and Jungle when I turned 50! better late than never I suppose. haha

Melakki is an independent music artist with a nomad background and a broad musical palette. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she has cultivated a deep love and appreciation for music from a very young age, allowing it to influence and guide her throughout her life.

Melakki’s musical explorations span a variety of genres within the electronic music spectrum, encompassing dark psytrance, acid techno, chill-out, ambient, indietronica and jungle, showcasing her versatility and willingness to experiment with her music.

In her musical adventures, Melakki collaborates with @boolapp-goro , a fellow artist and creative spirit, embarking on adventurous sonic journeys together.

Humble in her approach yet bold in her artistic expression, Melakki continues to explore, create, and share her musical world with authenticity and passion, inviting listeners to join her on this journey of discovery and connection through sound.

2:45 is an independent duo formed by Melakki, who writes the lyrics, sings and plays the drums and Boolapp-Goro, who plays the bass guitar, sequences the synthesizers and also is in charge of the artwork. Both were born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since they met there, they started making music together, traveling and living in some different parts of the world. It wasn't until the year 2018, that they started sharing their music with the world.

Their sound is electronic rock, with a blend of each of their own musical tastes and influences mainly combining psychedelic rock with several electronic music genres.
They grew up listening and loving music from Syd Barrett, The Doors, Lou Reed, Jimmy Hendrix, Nirvana, Brian Eno, Peter Gabriel, Einstürzende Neubauten, Nine Inch Nails, Aphex Twin, Joy Division, Sumo and Fela Kuti among others conforming an extensive list.

In these past years they focused in listening, discovering and connecting with other great indie artists. A loving and supportive community of independent musicians and artists, fans, radio hosts, curators, DJs and producers emerged stronger than ever during these 'pandemic times'. Many of these artists also described 2:45's music saying that it contained elements of indie rock, shoegaze, post-punk, indie pop, world music and kraut rock.
