Omicron is prevailing and has kicked out Delta. Some countries are changing their attitude against COVID-19. As a medical staff, I also think it’s reasonable to lighten the restriction because Omicron proved to be an attenuated strain.
But, woops, in Japan, the government begins to restrict our activities again! considering only the number of people who catch it while death toll is very small.
How many more times will we have to be confined!?
After cancelling our gigs, I elaborate on this new song.I wanted to make this song to free myself from feeling of despair, like going out to space.

I had been playing in rock bands for more than 40 years, but my hearing problem forced me to give up having gigs in 2015. I had to avoid loud sound to rest my ears. So I concentrated on composing and recording at home. As my original songs heaped in my hard disk, I wanted to present them to others. That's why I opened my SC page.
Since I started this page, quite a few listeners have come and given me a lot of positive comments. Much more than I expected! I am very happy to contact many excellent musicians through SC. 
I was a bit surprised that some of SC members sent me mails telling that they had the same hearing problems such as tinnitus. It's crucial for us to protect our ears because once damaged it can not recover!
In 2016 I started to play with my band again wearing ear plugs to protect my ear. It seemed to go well and our band had several exciting gigs till July, when unfortunately our bassist succumbed to disease and he passed away in August 2016. I'm really sorry for loosing him and thank him that he played with us against bad health condition.
I hope he listens to my songs in heaven.
