A short while ago, @freedomofgroovement sat down for conversation with Vish and Mazen from @dardisku. The aim was to understand the musical roots of this duo experiencing a meteoric rise. The result? A decade, continent and genre-spanning playlist: hip hop, bollywood, rock n roll, indie, raï, dubstep and disco. Definitively demonstrating that our influences are always all around us, and when you live the globe-trotting life these two have, there’s no borders on any dancefloor.

Recentemente, o duo lançou, pela Bongosynth, o EP Continental, obra construída com synths analógicos e digitais, colorindo as 5 faixas que se erguem na interseção de variadas referências: chillwave dos anos 2010, balearic beat, Azymuth, Ron Trent, e retro-futuristic house foram algumas das que nos ocorrem ao ouvir a incrível sequência de faixas que compõem o EP.
