Low City brings back what is right under the surface of our everyday goals, relationships, past hopes, future regrets, and present fulfillment through narratives and interviews. It examines our habits and challenges our assumptions, and will leave you wondering what's real and what isn't. Maybe the world inside is not so isolated after all, and then again maybe it is. Turn the lights down low, hear the rain hitting the dark windows, and catch a glimpse of how things work in Low City.
