Go beyond what is awaited, a close-knit selection of tracks, consistency and chariness. These are not easy tasks to put together in case of trying to create a story-telling, however, for us, Mikal Aton delivered it in this week's podcast. The Berlin-based DJ who surfs the outer spaces of deep, organic and elegant grooving waves of sound, chasing music that may let your soul spreading out its wings flying into the unexplored, mysterious without being appealing, versatile without being boring.

Through 102min, Mikal Aton shaped this 171th edition while staying two months in Bali/Indonesia, inspired by its epic jungles, flaring marine-coastal and its warmhearted starlight. In this way, the mix takes time to evolve through several moods and landscapes. Anyway, it is not an appealing selection, yet, with several speeches in different languages, his precision in developing rhythms and intensities, certainly demonstrate Mikal's vertiginous passion in creating sound experiences through the art of DJing.

Bow Miller (1975) won his first dj contest when he was 14 back in the late eighties -but it was not before 2012 he began to be real active on the danish underground scene. Playing alongside Be Svendsen (DK), Satori (NL), Kenneth Bager (DK) among others Bow Miller is not an unknown name on the international scene of slow house. Bow Miller has an addiction for edits and bootlegs. His widely known edit of Cornelis Vreeswijk is already a classic banger and is being rotated on radios around the world. On the Danish National Radio P3 Bow Miller has been played so much that they gave him the knick name “King of Bedouin Boogie”. 

Bow is the one half of the dj duo Angebot. The dj duo's other half is Bow's good friend and music connaisseur Backhaus.
