With a common passion for melodic guitar-melodies and good old-fashioned hard rock, Pilegrim was born in the eastern woods of Norway in 2013.

The band is inspired by other local bands in the music-community, as well as the more traditional hard rock groups ala Dumdum Boys and Metallica. The vocal-harmonies and attitude one finds in southern rock has also had a big impact in Pilegrim’s sound. Their melodies and rhythm defines them as a band and the Norwegian lyrics often touches upon the gloomier sides of life.
