Ellen Allien and the We Are Not Alone collective are back with a second edition of the We Are Not Alone series. A 36-track compilation split into 3 parts, each consisting of 12 cuts, dedicated to the infamous We Are Not Alone event series and the best of Berlin’s underground techno talent.

Ellen Allien's innovative party series We Are Not Alone was launched in 2016 and remains committed to inviting an exciting crew of artists to perform at the 36 hour events, now in a new home at RSO.BERLIN, where they returned with bang over 36 hours and 3 floors in May.

The We Are Not Alone compilation features artists that have played at the parties, as well as those who will join the line-up for future events. The 4th, 5th and 6th parts include music by Ellen and established names such as Thomas P. Heckmann, Dollkraut & DJ Europarking, Francois X, Phase Fatale and Etapp Kyle. Rising stars Nene H, Nur Jaber, Stephanie Sykes, Wallis and Métaraph. BPitch signings include Rosa Anschütz, Shaleen, Matasism and Uncrat.

For this instalment of the series, Ellen Allien collaborates with esteemed director and photographer Stini Roehrs for the multidisciplinary project ‘’AFTER DARK – Emotional States of Techno’’, consisting of a virtual rave film, book and exhibition produced by AKKURAT Studios, and the We Are Not Alone VA, which is to be released physically and digitally via BPitch.

The next We Are Not Alone parties take place at RSO, Berlin in July, August and October of this year. 22nd July, CSD weekend, is set to be a single night event on two floors. 20th August a We Are Not Alone floor during the RSO Club Festival and then we’ll be back for over 30 hours on 15th & 16th October. Void+1 is proud of the opportunity to present his latest works in the form of "Knucklehead" EP, that enriches the scene with tracks which are equally as intriguing as they are powerful. Aside from the 2 colossal solo-tracks, this EP includes 2 collaborations with Scalameriya. There was a legend that the universe will cease to exist if these 2 ever joined forces. The legend has proven to be a fact, but luckily Void+1 Industries had fail-safe mechanisms in place to prevent this event from happening. Everything seems to be fine, just ignore that little tear in the sky, it is only a side-effect and will go away on its own... (probably).

Nexe label owners, NX1 teamed up with the British techno head Rommek, to configure a pure class and fearless four track EP entitled 'Foreign Bodies'.

The A side kicks off with 'Foreign Bodies 1' , a dense broken cluster of sonics, with fat bass, tense atmospheres and layered whispers that trap you from the very beginning.

Next up is 'Foreign Bodies 2', Razor-sharp and raw, yet hypnotic with a distinct techno pad that cuts through the mix.

On the B side you will find 'Foreign Bodies 3' that holds the tension. Electrifying synths and percussions, bold and powerful with an industrial feel.

The release is finalised with 'Foreign Bodies 4', which pushes things even harder ! Breaks slice through the twisted sound design and distortion, a perfect “closing to the core” to finish this high voltage collaboration EP.

Scary Beautiful consisted of five DJ sets in which Nastia played pre-selected unreleased tracks by electronic music producers from all over the world that are now released as a compilation of five LPs via Nastia’s record label  ‘NECHTO’. 
The last instalment took place on the territory of one of Ukraine’s most monumental steel factories - ‘ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih’, which dates back to 1934 when the first pig iron was produced. 85% of the manufactured products from Ukraine are exported to new construction sites in 65 countries and the plant annually produces 6, 000, 000 tons of steel. The final release of Scary Beautiful’s first season illuminates the industrial and raw energy of techno and consists of music tracks by producers from Japan, Ukraine, Hungary, Belgium, Brazil, Greece, and Scotland.
