 Welcome to the 3rd episode of 2024 for the PsynOpticz Psychedelic Podcast featuring WICKED WIZARD from Australia. Our latest addition to the family and is this short time he has already blasted at Australia's major festival, Esoteric! This is the live recording of the wizard at work and bending minds on the dancefloor. Enjoy the wicked ride!

Wicked Wizard is a Psychedelic Trance DJ Project that was first embraced in the 2020 World Pandemic. A chance to get creative and explore a lifetime passion of musical expression in combination with a psychedelic state of mind. Forever a Student and Master at the same time, he has evolved from his decade of lifestyle as an old school Hip-Hop Lyricist, doing jams & cyphers, to a Psy-Trance DJ and already making some interesting waves of psychedelic ocean in the festival community controlling the dancefloors such as Esoteric Festival, Yatra Festival, Orin Aya Festival, Ergot Gathering, Mithya Music Prod Gigs, Psy-Co Prod Gigs and various other small shindigs and have been on the sound roster with some heavyweights in global psytrance community.

Creating an intellectually engaging d’floor for the people and taking them through a journey of fresh psychedelic sounds ranging between funky bubbly mood to serious sonic business.
He has a diversity in the vision of his sound where he orchestrates the dance floors like a Wizard does. He puts a conscious perspective behind his sets that resonates with psychedelic heads in the crowd, smiles and head nods, he’s sure to shake the dance floor and do justice to it.
Dynamic with the sound selection, Every set tailored to tingle the mind and body. Curating the dancefloor experience based on the hour of the day or night bringing in the perspective of light, time and space with the sound.

Slotted between any two weapons in the scene and he can make sure the sound flows just right from taking over to handing over delivering an experience that will leave you in a state of radical love.

Welcome to Forestdelic Records series with DJ DAMZAH, a psychedelic trance DJ from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina with over 20 years of experience, and a co-founder of the DJ association Inner Sunrise. In his DJ sets, he plays styles depending on the time he performs, ranging from deep, dark psytrance to Forest and a total groovy psychedelic sound.  In May 2012, he became the official DJ for Forestdelic Records. DaMzaH has performed throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and more.  In recent years, he has focused on releasing compilations: Branch Nutation (2015), Quantum Transitions (2016), Modicum (2018), Supernaut (2020), and Quantum Transitions Vol. 2 (2021), all signed under Forestdelic Records.  He is considered one of the initiators of psychedelic music and culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

MinatriX - BuschFunK Part.5[06.2015][Dark - Progressive - Trance]

It was the 2nd time that I had the honour to be at Kosmos Festival with a 10 year break in 2015. The festival is still stunning and has a very special own vibe, being located close to nowhere in the Finish forests. As I arrived, I was asked by my friend and one of the main organizers if I could fill a gip of another DJ who could not make it in time due to flight issues. So within a bit less than an hour, I thought of some music to play after the opening of the Vortex Stage, including a live performance of artists and acrobauts on the dancefloor :) So please, have a listen and decide for yourself if this could be a suitable 2nd set of the festival.. Since prehistory, the winter solstice has been seen as a significant time of year in many cultures, and has been marked by festivals and rituals. It marked the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun.

Behind Third Eye of Monkey is Daniel Neria, based in Mexico city.
Daniel started his musical journey in early 2000 when he fell in love with Goa trance music. With passion and dedication he started to experimenting and producing music in summer 2009.
Later in 2013, Daniel had 4 weird dreams with mythological, alien and otherworldly places and creatures, but in the last one, he dream with the words "Third Eye of Monkey" bringing to live this project, now well known around the globe. Project that had a great response and many releases came after that, releasing many V.A. compilations & EP's in major and young labels from around the globe.
Third Eye of Monkey's music is full of surprises and it's always evolving into a uncharted territory, like strong roots looking to spread.
Inspired strongly by his indigenous roots creating each sound meticulously. Starting with deep and dynamic bass lines, surrounding soundscapes, ancient Aztec & Mayan Instruments and otherworldly sound fxs always creating a unique tale on each track giving life to the final work that will make the audience dance in trance like our ancestors did.

Brain Modul is a German psytrance project, also known under the Dj name MinatriX. Born in 1988 in a small village in West Germany, he found his way in 2006 through a friend to dj'ing electronic music on vinyl. Over the years, he has become increasingly interested in the psychedelic music genre. In 2017 he began to work on his own sounds! Thanks to patience and love for what he does today, he is more enthusiastic than ever to produce his own kinda of psychedelic music!
