That year...Strange Kaos, a collaboration project by Kaos & Stranger was officially signed under Pralayah Records and their full length album ‘GOA 2020’ was planted🔱

Module Virus aka Bruno Miguel Oliveira Isidro was born in Portugal, and at the early age of 14 he started developing his passion and building his knowledge of electronic music such as techno, drum & bass, chill out, ambient, but mainly psytrance.

In 2002 Bruno started playing DJ sets around the UK and began his journey into production and performing live sets.

Since then he has been working on many projects, the most successful of which are a psy-trance project: “Module Virus” which he signed to Bom Shanka Music in 2009, and released his 1st EP “Synthetic Slingshot” in  2012, after much success of is  first EP, his 1st Album Harmonic Substances was released  in 2013, followed by his 1st album. Module Virus released his second album in 2015. Bruno has many alias which many  people don’t know about it. His Dub-Step project for example “Dirty Job”, which has 15 releases on many labels world-wide. In 2012 he decided to start a slower trance project, “Synchronicity”, concentrated around 140-142bpm, but still with ass-kicking dance-floor orientated grooves & rhythms, and brain-bending psychedelic leads and FX, which he signed to World People Productions that same year, and where he released his 1st EP “NightRambler”, and his slbum All Pirates Aboard the ship. Followed by his 2 Ep  One particular Dimension. In 2016 he joined the Sangoma Records family and released his third album Xochipili – The seven flowers.

In the next epiosde of Sangoma Records series you can listen to a fresh mix by Russian label producer, FUNGUS FUNK.

Fungus Funk is Sergei Prilepa, an established psychedelic trance musician from Moscow, Russia. Sergei started producing psytrance in 1998, and he has been releasing music since 2001. Over the past 15 years, Fungus Funk has put out his compilation tracks on numerous other labels. To his credit are four well-received full length albums: ‘F-People’ (2006) on Acidance, ‘Vostok 1’ (2008) together with Samadhi on Blitz Studios, ‘Electric Grooves’ (2010) also on Blitz Studios, and ‘Kremlin Gremlin’ (2012) on his own label Unlimited Music. Additionally, Sergei also released four acclaimed EPs. Fungus Funk’s sound is not easy to define as it incorporates features from different sub-genres of psytrance and generally tends to change from album to album. Regardless of which version of Fungus Funk you get to experience, it is guaranteed to be full of fat well defined basslines, powerful psychedelic leads, and top-notch sequencing. Courtesy of his productive musical output and subsequent popularity in the international psytrance scene, Fungus Funk regularly travels the globe and plays his live and DJ sets at various dance music events. Among some of the bigger festivals he has appeared at are the well-known Boom Festival (Portugal), O.Z.O.R.A. Festival, Sonica (Italy), Antaris (Germany), Transcendence (Brazil), and Hadra (France) among others.

The winter solstice is the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest night of the year, when the Sun is at its lowest daily maximum elevation in the sky. Since prehistory, the winter solstice has been seen as a significant time of year in many cultures, and has been marked by festivals and rituals. It marked the symbolic death and rebirth of the Sun.

Marco Riipi aka ‘’Shenanigan” was born 1991 and raised in Sweden. At an early age he began listening and produce a variety of electronic music. He has played at numerous parties and festivals in the Scandinavia. 2020 will be no surprise as he will travel the globe to play and also release his first Album. Daksinamurti is a Psytrance artist, producer, DJ and ethnologist from Marburg, Germany. Till is the founder and label-manager of Sangoma Records, which he and his friend Emiel curated in 2011 to share their musical vision, love and passion for authentic trance-inducing music in over 150 releases. The independent label soon developed into one of the icons in it’s genre – pushing the boundaries, releasing high quality music and art and having label artists performing at events worldwide, while still being close to it’s roots. 

As an artist Daksinamurti has become an integral part of the circuit, performing his DJ and live sets in over 50 countries at events and festivals such as Boom, Ozora, Modem, Universo Paralello, Fusion Festival and others. 
Since discovering Goatrance in the jungles and on the beaches of India end of the 1990’s, Till developed a insatiable thirst for studying culture and it’s mysteries as an anthropologist, while experimenting and understanding the effects, benefits, healing abilities and power of music on the body and mind. 

After almost 20 years of DJing the urge to dive deeper into the music and extend knowledge were the main motivations to start producing and composing tracks in 2018. The result was his debut album “The Dawn of Another Meaning” on Sangoma Records in 2022.
Together with N3xu5 from Portugal Daksinamurti formed the side project “Archetypes” who released their self-titled album on Sangoma in 2024.

Musical storytelling, his love for diversity combined with technical sophistication has become part of his associated artistic characteristics. Till enjoys playing intuitive extended sets far from predictability and stereotypes in order to skillfully create a colorful but driving journey. His sound covers a wide spectrum ranging from light to night - from meditative deepness, joyful moments in the groove of the here & now, to euphoria and beyond.
