London/Yorkshire-based session musician and professional entertainer specialising in Pop/Rock styles in Vocals, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar and Acoustic Guitar also incorporating Loops/Beats.  

Wherever I play I provide a professional service that makes use of the 11 years experience I have gained working as an entertainer, liaising with clients and venue staff in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

I provide a top of the range Bose PA system including Subwoofer, professional stage-lighting and I also offer a DJ Service for pre-recorded music between live sets.  This can be decade-specific, or you can opt for me to play your own special playlist from your own device if it works better for you.

I play regularly (48 out of 52 weekends a year usually!) in many different line-ups from solo acoustic right through to 5-piece dual-fronted bands.

My 'Solo Acoustic' set is perfect for pubs, the hosting/running of open-mic nights and smaller corporate events.  Just me and my acoustic guitar.

My 'Acoustic Duo' is slightly more flexible in that I play acoustic guitar alongside a female singer, percussionist, bass player or second acoustic guitarist to add variety to the sound and cater for your specific needs.  

My 'Acoustic Power-Trio' consists of myself on acoustic guitar/vocals with bass guitar and drums.

My 'Electric Power-Trio' consists of myself on electric guitar/vocals with bass guitar and drums.
My 'Dual-Fronted Electric Power-Trio' consists of myself on bass guitar/vocals with another male singer on electric guitar and a drummer.

When I play in 4-piece bands, I usually play lead guitar and share the vocal duties with a female singer, other times I will play bass guitar and sing backing vocals and sometimes I will sing lead vocals only with a 3-piece backing band supporting me.

The biggest line-up, the 5-piece band, usually consists of one male singer, one female singer, electric guitar, bass guitar and drums.  This provides the warmest sound if you like the sound of lots of voices with harmonies aplenty!  Two lead plus up to 3 backing vocals!

Why Do I Play:
For me music brings along with it a different dimension. It is my escape.


Singer songwriter Simon Mac (Simonas Mackus) started his musical journey in 2007. Although he began as a guitar player, Simon is now focused on writing in the styles of Jazz, Soul and R&B. Unique voice and soulful melodies made him stand out from other artists and inspired to go his own way. Musician was born in Lithuania but currently studying a songwriting degree at Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, London.

From his young age Simon showed an interest in music. He played classic guitar, took vocal lessons, joined school choir and has been always interested in the art of word. Music was in his nature. Soon he realized that it was one of the things he was really good at. Simon Mac is enjoying his chosen path since. 

Simon Mac is not only focused on his studies but also writing his own material for the first album and plans on doing little acoustic shows around London and Lithuania.
