IFBB PRO KUBA CIELEN | Breaking Boundaries Podcast | Episode 12

This week we were joined by the wonderful 19 year old Caitlin Hill. Caitlin is an extremely passionate athlete, who competed in her first figure show when she was just 16. This year Caitlin is embarking on competing with the IFBB/NPC for the first time, all whilst being a full time university student. 

She is someone that we both have an incredible amount of respect and admiration for within the sport for her dedication, passion & mindset. It was awesome to have some conversation with her this week to talk about her current prep, dealing with self doubt & pressure from a social media following, limitations of being such a young athlete and loads of other discussions along the way.
