To celebrate 10 years of Break Wind Productions here is a beautiful free track from Rick Tedseco - Lola's Rose.
This track essentially had no intention and no direction. Honestly, I was just messing around in the studio with some new software and hours later, a soon to be track had taken shape. This track you are listening to was done over the course of roughly two weeks and the day I finished it; the only thing that came to mind was my daughter, Lola. Perhaps this was due to her upcoming 13th birthday, or the years on end she had dealt with my speakers penetrating the walls? I decided to title this track “Lola’s Rose”, which is my daughter’s name (Lola Rose Tedesco) and it just so happens when I reached out to my good friend, Boba, he had mentioned the label was approaching a 10 year anniversary and I was excited for him, the label and the artists and DJs that have supported and promoted the label’s work over this period of time! I was excited for Boba, and I was excited about this track, and we mutually decided to offer this track as a free download to represent our appreciation to all of those who have supported us, as well as the artist, labels, DJs out there creating; regardless of style, genre, etc… So, please enjoy this free download and we say THANK YOU!

10 years ago, to this day the 22nd October I released my first ever solo original track Titans featuring the astounding breath-taking vocals of Jay Furze.
I remember being nervous as I had always made music prior to this with other people going back & fourth.
It was released in a time of my life when I was in a dark place and this track become my Rocky Balboa running up the steps moment.
Still very proud of this track and to celebrate 10 years since released on planet earth you can have it free to download.
I also did a bass heavy moody cinematic dubby downtempo version which was released under my other alias Zerkxes, this is also free to download.

Axcess - Light the Fuse (Southbound Remix)

Break Wind Productions presents Axcess remixed.
Axcess are a 4 piece band who combines electronics with live instruments, all 4 members coming from different musical backgrounds decided to put their musical talents into one cauldron to see what would emerge once stirred.
Over the summer Break Wind Productions will be giving away the original 12 track Axcess album 'Corrupted in flight' as part of the promotion for the Axcess remixed.

Fourth from the Axcess remixed series takes us into Drum & Bass territories.
You have to love soundcloud as without it I would have never found this fresh new Drum & Bass producer.
Southbound is not new to Break Wind, he first let rip on the legendary Break Wind Show many moons ago and has since be hibernating in he's cave learning the craft of production.
Southbound gives the original a whole new genre to flex in, with rolling punchy beats and a deep firing bassline swirling round in a mist of intensified pads and fx's.

After upgrading to Ableton 10 I needed a starting project to get my head around it.
I started this as just a bit of fun to get used to Ableton 10 and things started to move along quite nice so I pursued onwards with it, I love the music from The Mandalorian so much, they took many risks with this and it paid off big time.
The composer Ludwig Göransson did such an incredible job to make something so original and so refreshing but still fits perfect in the Star Wars universe, it’s a masterpiece.
The tempo of the original theme is more in time with Drum & Bass, it actually started as a Drum & Bass remix of the theme but my first love is Breaks so I slowed things down to the bpm I love the most, re-wrote some of the melodies I wanted to use and added some Bobalino flavour.
While I was writing I kept hearing Mjölk’s voice in my head, so got in touch and as always, she delivered some beautiful haunting vocals to complement the vocals I had already include from the series.
I hope you enjoy; it was a bit of fun to play around with the things I love the most, Star Wars & Breakbeats.
Massive thanks to Mjölk for these beautiful vocals (new original stuff coming in 2021 from us) and a huge thanks to Rick Tedesco for sorting out the master and being patient with me to get it right.
