The M.O.O.D. (Ministry Of Ordinary Decay) was born in Rome in June 2012 as an evolution and musical maturation of old friends who meet again 20 years later in the same garage where they use to play at the time of the school.

They start to play from their most significant point of contact that turns out to be the music of “Porcupine Tree”.

Soon the need arose for them to create an original music project that combines the electronic atmospheres of “Porcupine Tree” with the different musical experiences each of the M.O.O.D.s lived in the years before the reunion.

After having wrote the first songs, in 2016 the M.O.O.D. win the prestigious original music contest "Rock on Parade" organized in collaboration with "Radio Rock 106.600".

In the following months the M.O.O.D.s have been locked up in the studio to realize their first concept album based on a story written by the same M.O.O.D. that tells the path of institutionalization that the protagonist - Anthony - undertakes under the pressure of the system’s supporters and the continuous mass media pressure. A life like many others: A_Life.

 

Taken from the tale A_Life: “Anthony couldn't stop staring at the window every time it rained at night. He loved to be lulled by the melancholy of the skyscrapers pierced by an infinity of crystal drops, illuminated by the lampposts and the signs of never-closing shops.

There had been a time when Anthony, like those raindrops, was deluding himself into thinking that his tiny purity would help to clean up the city from which he was instead contaminated.

Anthony's life flowed slowly in the furrow dug by the sharp plow of a propaganda he unconsciously subsidized; A propaganda that creates needs, churns out enemies and sows hatred to make the endless plantation flourish, whose fruits are laid on tables already full of delicacies.”

Today, Lugar is a registered artist with a full-fledged studio running in full swing. He has been a part of numerous shows and is ready to take things to the next level. His latest release, “Save Me,” features Kash McMill and is a great hit. Many people claim that Lugar’s voice is similar to Rick Ross. A definite inspiration, Lugar follows in the footsteps of Ross while creating something unique and phenomenal for his fans. His beats are different, and his music is definitely one-of-a-kind.
