Uisneach are a newly formed duo comprising of accordion and vocals (Trudy Maguire) and as many guitars as he dares to bring to a gig (Breifne Holohan). They perform traditional music whilst allowing themselves the freedom to include a flavour of popular music, folk music and traditional styles from other countries. With the combination of Maguire's lyrical, textural accordion style and Holohan's wide use of of open tunings on guitar, Uisneach produce an evocative, unique sound.

To me, music is fluid architecture through which we can be transported back in time by melodies, memories and feelings or into the future of dreams yet to come true.
Performing practically since before I could talk, I have experience spanning nearly three decades having been reared in performing arts schools from a very young age, learning piano since the age of four and completing a Master of Music degree in Jazz Performance.
I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work alongside some amazing artists... (Outkast, Duran Duran, Ennio Morricone, Take That, Kodaline, The Dubliners, Mika, Reef, Walking on Cars, Bono, Brian Kennedy, Maverick Sabre, Angelique Kudjo, The Riptide Movement, Richie Buckley, Scott Flanigan, David Brophy are some of the names coming to the fore front of my mind)... and on some very prestigious stages... (3Arena, Main Stage Electric Picnic, National Concert Hall, Belfast Opera House, Ulster Hall, JJ Smyths, Round Room at the Mansion House, The Guinness Storehouse, Wexford Speigletent, The Olympia, Adare Manor and toured abroad as far reaching as India, Lithuania, Germany and Spain).

Beginning my production career after a few years DJing, I dived deeper into the world of electronic music from the age of 16.

From trance and tech house all the way through to dub techno and deep house, I studied electronic music to the depths of where I am at today. I create a style of dubby, dreamy, deep house.

six-string drum is an alternative fusion band founded by Breifne Holohan in 2015. Featuring musicians Grace Dillon and Dan Reid, the music is an eclectic mix of electric/acoustic fusion styles.

An Irish musician/composer based in Co. Louth, Holohan's music crosses a vast range of genres, from modern classical, acoustic guitar and minimalist music, to traditional Irish, ambient and electroacoustic styles. A regular performer of his own work, he has also had his music performed by various ensembles and soloists such as the Contempo Quartet, John O' Shea, Mary McCague, Paul Roe and John Feeley.
