“Seurat is a DJ/Promotor most notorious for their event series @exile.brklyn, which started out at Bossa Nova Civic Club in 2016. The born and raised New Yorker grew up on a steady diet of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, while the sounds of hip hop and nu metal influenced their teen years in the late 90s-early 2000’s. It’s no wonder Seurat has filled Exile’s parties with dark, heavy, psychedelic, and funky sounds across the electronic music spectrum. 

This mix is no exception, it exemplifies Seurat’s sonic aura across 3 hours. Listeners will be transported right back into a foggy, dimly lit Bossa Nova as this mix was recorded live at the venue on July 28, 2021, opening the night for Fadeface and Damon Bradley; the first Exile event in over a  year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. “
