[BROKEN DEVICES] joue une musique trip hop instrumentale sombre et distordue où se succèdent orchestrations denses, beats ravageurs et minimalisme bruitiste.
Influencée par Giacinto Scelsi ou encore Dalëk, leur musique se veut cinématographique et dissonante.

« Anger or silence », leur première expérimentation destinée à la scène, se trouve à mi-chemin entre concert et performance visuelle. Elle plonge le public dans un dispositif alliant musique électronique, mapping vidéo et multidiffusion sonore.

A travers une histoire singulière et poétique, Broken Devices propose de partager la vision absurde d'un personnage aux idées troubles. Leur musique vient bousculer l'épopée d'un homme qui promène sa folie dans un monde qui le dépasse. Le public, cobaye volontaire de cette expérience, est plongé dans les méandres de cet esprit torturé.

The music of NIMU consists of influence of techno, rock, newwave and trip hop. Marked from its childhood by the hypnotic rytmes of Morocco where he spends his childhood and a big part of its adolescence .He will really begin to be interested in the music with the electro of the 80s. Its fascination for psychedelic trance which he admires the energy and the complexity of the compositions, will decide on him to compose its first " loops " On his Yamaha RM1X. After of the attempts of duet or trio, he realizes the difficulty making different musical universes correspond. Things are going to go into the order when he decides to continue solo and to create his own music with his universe: a mixture of obsessing sounds and openings towards more joyful colors reminding the states that psychotropics can activate.

Vallou is a producer and DJ from France, involved in the underground psychedelic and chillout scene. He explores a wide range of sounds, with his own productions born of a very personal alchemy, in which his emotions and inspirations have infused, and with progressive DJ sets navigating between various styles and textures.

After 2 albums on Mindspring Music and releases on various compilations, his music has been discovered and resonated internationally, sharing universal emotions and stories that awaken memories of our life journeys.

Each piece is a piece of his story told with a powerful gentleness, that allows us to dive deep inside ourselves, to look at and accept our past, to give us the strength to move forward. It's a therapeutic journey that he shares with you from his own universe, to offer you a beautiful moment of love and a profound experience for a little while.
