"Frost" is a soul-drenched blues track that delves into the raw, fractured inner world of someone living with BPD or NPD. The song centers around a solitary, haunting moment: staring into a mirror and not recognizing the person staring back.

Through smoky guitar lines and aching vocals, "Frost" paints a picture of emotional isolation - not the absence of feeling, but the presence of too much, frozen just beneath the surface. The mirror becomes a silent witness to an identity blurred by self-doubt, mood swings, and the relentless fear of abandonment. What’s reflected isn’t clarity, but distortion - a version of the self dulled by pain and defended by emotional frost.

Lyrically, the song walks the tightrope between numbness and desperation, confusion and longing. It captures that familiar blues theme of being lost, but with a psychological depth that adds layers of vulnerability and internal conflict. The frost, in this context, is not just cold - it's protective, it’s punishment, and it’s the barrier between the self and a world too intense to bear.
