I still reminisce about the 1970s. As a teenager I liked the special sound of the Glitter Band ( ... we ignore the 'leader of the gang' for probably well-known reasons). Great percussion, metallic guitar sounds, fat saxphone and a cool HEY :-). So let's get together again and listen to the Home Rock Star.

And I'm celebrating a little anniversary with this song: It is my eightieth track on Soundcloud in 4 incredible years. A good opportunity to once again thank all listeners, followers and collab friends for the creative cooperation, the nice feedback and the great support. The soundcloud community is the nicest social media community on the net. Musicians are just super nice people who respect each other. Thank you so much kind people from all over the world.

I CAN'T MAKE IT SNOW ~ A  Poem by Sussi Louise Smith/  Music and Production Emmazen

I wanted to try new things. I started writing a pure electronic song but ended up with this 😉.
I don't know if my inspiration is back, but it's my fastest job 😋. I am usually very slow 🐌.

This song may not be my best but I like it. I wanted to make something lighter with some optimism but also a little melancholy.
I spent part of my childhood in the countryside. Each new day was the occasion for a new adventure.

I guess I've been hopping around the Cloud long enough to be influenced by all of you. This one is pretty strongly influenced by the bucolic musings of the Cloud King, Chris Pellnat @pretentiousmusic.

From Wikipedia: "Mud daubers are not normally aggressive, but can become belligerent when threatened. Stings are uncommon." To this I can relate.

Uptown Woman (Soul Shaker EP)

A remake of an old one from the 80s, main guitars and vocs are live recording with two mics in the room, then some overdubbing. Part of our new recording sessions where we are both remaking some old songs on the new, better equipment and recording some new songs as well. We'll keep posting as we go.
