@desert.drone is the audiovisuals Techno/Industrial/Noise project of the italian musician Mauro Uda, based in Berlin, co-founder of @autonoma.industriale . His approach to live music, developed during the years through the obsession for dramatic and dark sounds, leads to a quasi-nihilistic and distorted music structure, with noisy rhythms and rough bass line that walk in an anti-utopic vision of the fact.

He’s actively in the mainteinment and the development of the Industrial scene in Berlin, promoting events and artistic collaborations in a broad spectrum, with the aims of a coherent and unitary reworking of the path of individuals, towards the uniqueness of the contemporary industrial movement.

Composed by four tracks “Efisio Says No” is full of heavy atmospheres: as rust corrodes metals over time, social and human misfortunes affect our lives, scratching and indelibly sculpting us on our path.

Pain and a sense of injustice move in the maccabre rhythms of “Sindia”, where without light the earth crumbles at every step, making the journey heavy in a sad atmosphere that is clearly manifested in “Unsolecited Visions”, which is expressed in a sharp lament that abhors revenge and calls for justice.

Accelerationism, adaptability, awareness of the senses and increase of the Ego pave the way for “Charge and Discharge”, in a coherent sonic evolution that reaches its maximum with the affirmation of oneself as primordial power:

Desire is captured in its most instinctive and pre-rational aspect, reaching the maximum expression of the Ego with “Efisio Says No”.

The Ep will be released the 25.02.23 with a event in Berlin in collaboration with Autonoma Industriale.

Growing up in a post-industrial area in Belgium, surrounded by remnants of the former mining industry in Limburg — Belgian DJ and producer Dario Desaer — uses elements of the past and recontextualizes them into music/sound. After working as a DJ for quite a few years, exploring different (sub)genres and sounds in the ever-evolving electronic music soundscape, it seemed only logical to start putting out his own music.Embracing a proactive and self-reliant approach, Dario independently released his debut single, "Aura Of Violence," in 2022. Notably, his talent and dedication caught the attention of London-based label Revok Records, leading to further releases through their platform in 2023.Driven by a passion for dark electronics, Dario sought to revitalize his local music scene. Alongside co-founder Sam Londero, he created Dieptewerk, an initiative bridging artists and enthusiasts through dark, raw and pulsating rhythms at events and club nights.
Influenced by Belgium's rich electronic music history, Dario's pursuit of a unique musical identity aims to make a lasting impact. His artistry resonates with hard-pounding kicks and complex, slow-burning industrial grooves.

Nuatt, producer and DJ born in Valparaíso, has felt an affinity for electronic music since his adolescence, beginning his exploration of sound at an early age singing and playing in electronic rock, nu metal, indie and post-punk bands. He later entered the electronic scene where he would continue his search for sound until the concrete start of this project during the last year, with the help of styles such as Ebm, Dark Techno, Industrial, and Hypnotic. Since then, it has been presented in several places of the underground scene in Santiago and Valparaíso, marked by a harsh, rough, corporeal sound, but always maintaining the line of mental travel and atmospheric hypnosis that characterizes it.

This approach is also reflected in her choice and organization of podcasts, where she focuses on dynamics and energy changes, bringing all aspects of industrial music into the mix, from ambient and rhythmic noise to techno.

Mexico meets Scotland for a brutalist assault: hammering kicks, serrated synth textures, and walls of analogue saturation. No safe passage here — only forward momentum into the heart of chaos.

From Los Angeles, EAS delivers a tense, ritualistic construction where a subterranean EBM bassline pulses through metallic drones. Hypnotic, uneasy, and charged with controlled dissonance.

HATELOVE & OGMAH – Hanged Bodies
A dark ceremonial groove heavy with ritual percussion and spectral synth chants. The layers rise to a fever pitch, blurring the line between transcendence and collapse.

CRYSTAL GEOMETRY + AXKAN – Kratom
France’s Crystal Geometry joins AXKAN for a militaristic strike of modular chaos and pummeling drums. EBM-infused basslines drive beneath razor-sharp synth fire, rallying the midnight faithful to the front lines.

RITUAL12 is not a compilation — it’s a convocation. Forged in analogue heat, drenched in distortion, and aimed directly at the heart of the floor, this record demands full surrender. Step in. There is no turning back.
