Linda Joy is a Wellington based singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Wellington New Zealand who who has performed extensively in some incredibly varied projects.

She began writing songs at 10 years old, but resisted performing them until she noticed that they kept leaking out and required some space outside of her brain.
After that first performance at 15 years old she found she didn't want to stop, so she studied Jazz at the New Zealand School of Music and went on to perform with a lot of amazing musicians all over the world - notably Sonic Moon, The Underscore Orkestra, Mustard Brass Band, Urban Lions and Environmental Encroachment. She is currently Wellington based, where she's studying Music Therapy and performing with 'Crash Bandihoot' and 'Tommy and the Midnight Suns'.
