'Daydreaming,' the third and final single from our upcoming album, was inspired in part by films like Drive and Thief as well as some recurring characters in renowned science-fiction author William Gibson's 'Sprawl' and 'Bridge' trilogies, released in the 1980s and 1990s, respectively. The track itself pays homage to Robyn's "Dancing On My Own" era while still maintaining an overall retrowave theme.

Specifically, 'Daydreaming' speaks to the often unspoken tension and feelings that can build up between two individuals that find themselves spending a lot of time together but, for one reason or another, are unable to or incapable of being together in any real sense. Hence, the only place that the fantasy can reside is in dreams.

NYC Sunrise is a nostalgic reverie about a romantic and adventure-filled night shared with a stranger on the streets of New York City. While the moment and the experience has long since passed, there are some memories that linger on and stay with us forever. NYC Sunrise is a nod to that unique yet universal feeling that we all collectively share at times - a longing for the past and for a more simpler time.
