The 'Documentary on One' unit is currently one of the most successful radio doc unit in the world - having collected over 260 national and international awards since 2008. Their website contains over 1,700 documentaries - the largest free online radio documentary archive anywhere in the world - stretching as far back as 1954. 'Documentary on One' productions are radio stories about real life in Ireland and beyond.

Canter Semper are an acoustic duo hailing from Chorlton, South Manchester. Our eclectic mix of folk, soul and jazz are underpinned by bold and intricate harmonies, giving our sound a unique, live lounge style quality. Influenced by artists such as Florence and the Machine, Eva Cassidy and The Civil Wars, we strive to make music that captivates new audiences with soulful vocals and emotive melodies. 
Starting out as a duo in 2012 we have gone from bedroom rehearsals to performing at nights put on by up and coming label Scruff of the Neck Records and gigging prolifically around greater Manchester at Acoustic nights and new music events. Recent gigs include Pop Up Festival, Night and Day cafe, Matt and Phreds and Headlander festival. Last April saw the release of our EP 'Halflight' launched at the popular venue The Castle Hotel, we released our first single to Itunes in November also. We are performing for Sofar Sounds this month and working towards our next self-produced music event.

Radiolab is a show about curiosity. Hosts Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich use state-of-the-art sound design, mind-bending story-telling, and a sense of humor to ask big questions and blur the boundaries between science, philosophy, and human experience. Radiolab is produced in New York at WNYC, and heard on over 300 public radio stations across the country.
