Fragile Dreams & Hot Grooves

Part of the frag:family since May 2024, and of @objektkleina crew since 2022, @copacetic161 found his way to electronic music at the early age of 7, buying his first record (Techno Hits 1996-2000, Polystar) after listening to Nalin & Kane’s Beachball on ViVa. Since then, various styles of electronic music have played a vital role in his musical education, next to the obligatory Sludge and Metal phase as a teen. At fragmented: he is part of team music and one of our DD based residents. 
 
In this mix, copacetic moves through the outskirts of club-music with a focus on sounds slightly to the left of the standard club sound. Ambient, dub, and leftfield - seasoned with some classics - make for a more introspective journey, reminiscent of the afters. Enjoy!

The first single from The Ishtar Gate, “Mesopotamian Madness”, is a hypnotic descent into ancient chaos reimagined for the dance floor. Pulsating with deep, primal rhythms and textured layers that echo the mysticism of Babylon, the track bridges the past and future with raw energy.
