PAOLA POLETTO
BIOGRAPHY
Born in Turin, Italy, Paola began her career as a DJ at the young age of 15. After living in New York and London, she was invited to Ibiza to be a resident at the “Made in Italy” parties at Pacha and Space. This great feat gave her the accolade of the “first female DJ ever to perform at Pacha.” Since, Paola has become a regular on the Island. She released her first record for Roger Sanchez’ Label, Rsenal, in 2000. Throughout the past 20 years of touring she performed alongside the planet’s most popular DJs in locations that include Europe, the States, South America and parts of Asia. Billboard Magazine, the industry’s most important publication, invited her on several occasions to represent Italy at the Billboard New York Convention. Since 1998, she has performed regularly in Miami at the Winter Music Conference.

  2008 she graduated in sound engineering at APM The Sound Engineering College. With 15 years of experience in Ibiza, Paola has played everywhere: Pacha, Privilege, Amnesia, Space, Ushuaia and for the best parties ever: Manumission, MTV Festivals, Carry On, Ovum alongside Josh Wink, Amnesia after Party alongside Locodice and Marco Carola, Kehakuma, Space Opening Party, We Love Sundays at Space.
Paola has her own way to see Music, she always says, “Music has to be Sexy, the key in my set is to see girls dancing, if the Music is sexy then girls feel sexy and the rest falls into place!” In 2010 She plays for first time at Ushuaia, invited by Josh Wink for his Ovum Party and in 2011 Paola becomes resident Dj at the most famous Ibiza beach club. In 2011 She starts the collaboration with Francisco Allendes, the Chilean artist, in producing Music together and planning their own label. 2012 is a busy year for her as she releases tracks on the very important labels like Steve Lawler’s ViVa Music, Locodice and Martin Buttrich’s Desolat and if that wasn’t enough she launches her new label, Aurora Indigo.

A true force in the Psytrance world and beyond it, Yoni Oshrat, better known as Ace Ventura, isn't just a DJ and producer - he's an experience. For over two decades, his infectious energy has ignited dance floors worldwide. From intimate clubs to headlining major festivals, Ace Ventura has captivated audiences with his signature style. His music is characterised by a fusion of hard, pumping dancefloor oriented themes and deeper, groovier influences, always immersed in psychedelia. As a DJ his diverse musical tastes and vast musical knowledge enables him to create unique sonic experiences. In times when lineups consist mostly of short producer sets, Yoni pushes the envelope to play long sets that tell a real story, going back to the origins of DJ culture.

His passion for psytrance extends far beyond music. Alongside Liquid Soul, he co-founded Psy-Nation, a global movement encompassing a monthly radio show/podcast and a travelling party line. This dedication to the genre fosters community and discovery for psytrance enthusiasts everywhere.

While psytrance is his domain, Ace Ventura's musical curiosity extends to downtempo and dub universes.  This deep appreciation for diverse electronic styles adds another layer to his artistry, evident in his acclaimed "Ace Ventura in Dub" sets.

Ace Ventura isn't confined to the booth. Beyond solo ventures, he collaborates on successful projects like Alpha Portal (with Astrix), Alien Art (with Captain Hook), Liquid Ace (with Liquid Soul), and Acid Punks (with Outsiders), each project offering a different sound adventure.

Having spent several years immersed in the nightlife scene as a photographer, surrounded by music, events, and DJs, it was only natural for him to develop a deep curiosity for DJing. His passion for music evolved into a desire to take people on a musical journey, introducing them to his culture and heritage while also showcasing tracks from producers he admires.

The lockdown period provided the perfect opportunity for him to work on his skills. With the mentorship of numerous DJ friends, he used the time to practice and refine his craft. Two years later, he made his DJ debut at The Dansant (BE), where his photography career began. From there, gigs started to flow in, both in Belgium and abroad.

One of the highlights of his journey was mixing alongside his sidekick and “wifey” at the Grainfestival in Croatia, held at Peti Kupe. This unforgettable night left a lasting impression. His unique style soon led to opportunities to play at some of the most notable events, including Darklands, the largest fetish festival in Antwerp, and Cave in Brussels. In his hometown of Leuven, he also performed for T.A.N.Z.E.N. and eventually returned to where it all began, DJing once again for The Dansant.

His sets are a captivating blend of melodic, deep, tech, and organic house infused with chill beats. Each performance is like stepping into a special place where every note tells a story, every beat syncs with your heartbeat, and every drop amplifies the experience.

Nicolas Benedetti, Argentine DJ/Producer, has emerged as one of the most promising figures in the electronic music scene. From an early age, he was attracted to the rhythm and energy of music, which led him to explore various genres and musical styles.

His passion for mixing sounds led him to become a DJ, performing at local parties and small clubs, where he quickly became noticed for his unique style and his ability to select high-quality music. With influences ranging from house to techno, Nicolas develops sets that are a mix of hypnotic melodies and infectious rhythms. This has led him to perform alongside great artists of the local underground scene such as Eli Nissan, Carlos Alfonsin, Marcelo Vasami, Figueras, Andrea Cassino, Juan Deminicis, David Calo, Mariano Montori, Juan Ibañez, Agustin Pietrocola, just to name a few.

As his reputation grew, Nicolas decided to take the next step: music production. In 2019, he released his first EP through the prestigious Belgian label “3rd Avenue”. Since then, he has worked on multiple projects, collaborating with other emerging and established artists, achieving a distinctive sound that fuses the organic with the digital. Thanks to this he has the opportunity to release his music on some of the most important labels in the industry such as Hoomidas Records, Movement Recordings, Clubsonica Records, onedotsixtwo, Univack Records, Manual Music, Freegrant Music, RKP Records, among others.

With the support of some of the biggest names in the scene such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy Mantzur, DJ Ruby, Soundexile, Mariano Mellino, Marcelo Vasami, Noiyse Project, Nicolas Benedetti continues to expand his presence, bringing his music to ever-growing audiences. His commitment to artistic creation and innovation makes him a name to follow in electronic music.

Static Movement has had music running through his veins since he was born in Ukraine 1984 as Shahar Shtrikman. Inspired by his talented Mother’s piano playing, Shahar too was playing this classic instrument at the tender age of six.  In 1990 he moved to Tel Aviv, Israel with his family. A few years later in 1996 some friends introduced him to Trance music, and it wasn’t long until Shahar was using the program  ‘Impulse Tracker’ to produce his own music under his first act name ‘Impulser’.

Wanting to further improve his skills, Shahar later studied sound engineering, whilst simultaneously gaining lots of hands on experience working for Oz Studios; recording Rock & Metal music via a combination of analog and digital equipment. 

By 2011 his act ‘Static Movement’ was born. It was through beautiful melodies, captivating story telling, and high sound quality production skills that Static Movement became hugely successful. Shahar was able to express his intense deep feelings into the music and create his magical signature sound; that resonated with so many. The release of 6 albums (‘Circle of ‘Life, ‘Sol’, ‘Sian’, ‘Simin’, ‘Voices from Heaven’ and ‘Underwater’), more than 100 tracks on major labels including: Iono Music, Iboga Records, Spintwist Records, Blue Tunes Records and his own label Sol Records, collaboration singles with legends of the scene like Ranji, Sesto Sesto, Cosmic Tone and Gaudium; as well as remixing for high calibre artists; Morten Granau, Liquid Soul, Protonica  and Vini Vici; has solidified Static Movement as a stable headlining act in the scene; playing gigs all over the world.

In 2019 he embarked on a new and independent path to build artists and release music for them as well as his own music - and for this reason his label Sol Records was created. The first release on the label was with the album Simin, named after Shahar’s wife.  This epic label releases music showcasing the entire spectrum of psy-trance and techno; from 125-150bpm, and has released close to 400 tracks to date; and proved to be an amazing platform promoting artists from across the Globe. 

In 2020 Shahar also opened an artist agency called Beta Music. Building on the trust created with numerous artists and event producers over the years around the world - Shahar has successfully created a large network of booking agencies, label managers, event producers, artists and DJs who cooperate with each other in harmony and friendship  - with music being the catalyst that unites them all.

And in 2023 Shahar and his wife began a production called Children of the Sun. The  name came from the idea that Shahar’s music illuminates and also the fact that all of Shahar’s family have names that begin with the letter S in English. His wife Simin, eldest daughter Sol, son Sian, and youngest daughter Sun. Shahar has made an album for each of them, and really feels that ‘we are all children of the Sun’.  They have done over 10 events in Israel, and hosted the best leading artists in the world such as Ranji, Whitenoize, Berg, Reality Test, Z-cat, along with other artists from the label and agency. The production was established out of the need and desire to give a stage to budding artists; to help promote them and their music and give them a rare and real opportunity to showcase their talent! 

The fact that along with nurturing his own career, Shahar has created these additional platforms to help others - is a testament to the unwavering passion, pure dedication and raw love that Shahar aka Static Movement has for music!
