This sounds really spacious, wide open. The train samples suggest rhythms without imposing them. Really good, subtle composition!!

For this track I was inspired by the idea of sitting around a campfire by a lake in winter. It has a calm and warm overall atmosphere, which is supported by the acoustic and organic electronic elements as well as the vocal samples.

August Rains [2024 REMASTER] II

A really fun challenge! Using sounds recorded from an open space to make sonic art. I love trains so I ended up picking out a bunch of train/railway sounds and layering them over a bed of noise, voices and interesting percussive sounds. I wanted it to sound organic, but with familiar elements throughout.
