This Medicine Festival set was an incredible journey, as Eliot Michael and I opened the night at the Shala stage.
The stage was empty when we started and people quickly gathered not long after, bringing up the energy as the set progressed and peaked.

This set is slightly different and starts at 85bpm, going up to 138bpm, encompassing various genres.

Ecstatic Dance set played at Ecstatic Dance Melbourne on 26th April 2024.

As the world around us is seemingly gaining more and more speed, one of the more courageous acts we can do is to go inwards. "To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom", said Socrates, and it is this question of "Who Am I?" that we explored through this musical journey.

It's also a reflection of my own personal story of stepping towards Fatherhood for the first time, and a questioning of the world that I want to create for my daughter and the generations to come. It's an ode to all the Mothers, to Nature, and to all of us who are consciously birthing ourselves into the next level of who we truly are.
