Ric Piccolo (aka The Man From Pampas) es un productor y dj Argentino que explora diferentes géneros como Obscure Disco, Italo Disco, Wave, House y Rare Grooves. También es miembro del dúo Italo/House "Furor Exótica" junto a Viky O. En su faceta como digger se ha sumergido en una profunda investigación de los sonidos más alternativos producidos en Argentina desde la década de los 60's hasta los 90's. En su serie de mixes (Pampas Disco Shock / Pampas Porno Shock) y multiples ediciones en 12" (AustralWorks / The Sound Of Pampas) ha volcado todos los resultados de esta larga búsqueda.
Junto a sus dos proyectos ha realizado numerosas giras internacionales por América, Asia y Europa y ha editado en sellos como Bordello A Parigi, Tom Tom Disco, Passport To Paradise y Diavol.

Romain has been a key innovator in the Hong Kong & Asian music scene for the past 12 years. He has spearheaded multiple fresh concepts. 
Roofest was the island's first rooftop festival. Fauve Radio, the first full-time and award wining radio station. The Pharmacy being the first dance music oriented record store in Hong Kong. On top of all of this, he has been organising monthly parties under the name ROAM and helping build the Shi Fu Miz Festival by bringing international artists such as Kink, Jayda G, Ben UFO, Move D, Habibi Funk, Demuja and many more. 

He is now launching his production career with releases on his own imprint Fauve Records as well as on other labels such as Fantastic Voyage, Mamie’s Records, Ca$hminus, 41,000Hz Social Club & Hard Fist Records. Only in his first 6 months of producing, his music has been played by some of the biggest acts in the game such as DJ Harvey, The Black Madonna, Gerd Janson, Horse Meat Disco, Skatebärd, Lauer, Tornado Wallace, Lipelis, Orpheu The Wizard, Kamma & Masalo to name a few and also in some of the most iconic venues such as Berghain Panorama Bar, Robert Johnson, Dekmantel, Igloo Festival, Pikes and more. 
His Boiler Room debut during the Shi Fu Miz festival 2019 has really marked the beginning of his full-time DJ/Producer career.

His extensive travelling for tours in places like Asia, Europe and his contact with the music industry players on all fronts, has helped him shape his music to fit most dance-floors, from Disco, to House, to Italo, to Funk, to Soul, to Afrobeat, to Dark Disco and so on... 

Thanks to years of crate digging and a solid 10 years of DJing this fellah knows his classics as well as some of the most obscure digs. All his sets are different, you will definitely be in for a treat.

Lithuanian duo Kolegos drop their debut release, ‘Discover’, on Spencer Parker’s Work Them Records this July.

Backed with a remix from label-boss Parker, the release sees brothers Genys and Matas Bernotas (Mountak) serve up a modern, arpeggio fuelled Italo infused banger (‘Dunda Ratai’) that oozes funk and a subtle, low-tempo breaks cut (’Tavo Tevas’) that fuses electro with deep house and 90s electronica. Parker, in fine and prolific form of late with releases for Work Them and He.Shey.They still seeing support, takes ‘Dunda Ratai’ arpeggio and runs with it, creating a tightly wound and hypnotic late night cut.

Nu Guinea came together over a love of studio jam sessions. The Berlin based Italians fuse live instrumentals and synthesisers that journey to far corners fo the musical world, from weird disco to exotica, world grooves via ethno rhythms. Their most adventurous work has come in the form of albums on their own NG Records as well as Early Sounds Recordings, one of which found them rewire original Tony Allen drum recordings with their own jazz-funk vibes.

In the mix for us this week they stir up a steamy summer session of boogie bass, township funk and squelchy synth goodness. It’s 90 minutes of storytelling music that speaks of a lifetime of digging deep into local sounds and scenes and stitching them all together with the sort of underlying grooves that transcend boundaries and bring people together under the sun.
