Ema Lune, the Indie Pop/Soul artist was born in Romania, grew up in Sweden and spent most of her early adult years in Texas and California. She is a global citizen with a multicultural and multilingual upbringing. 
 
Much like a young Aretha Franklin, Lune’s musical journey began in the pews of her father's church. Lune's songwriting encourages hope and reflection, evident in her very first single, “Misunderstood” a 2019 collaboration she made with her brother RF Hollow. 
 
The influence of Tracy Chapman, Alicia Keys established the base of her dynamic style, Lune’s style has evolved, drawing influences from contemporary artists such as Tash Sultana, Lykke Li, Rihanna, and Billie Eilish. Her warm, soulful vocals and eclectic harmonies captivate listeners, making her a unique and unforgettable voice.
