Born and raised in South Africa, Mike Safari's first taste of trance came in the form of the classic DJ Tiesto album "Space Age 1.0". After that, the classics came hard and fast: Paul van Dyk's "For An Angel", Tiesto's "Adagio for Strings", and Armin van Buuren's "Communication" all influenced his sound and drove him to the art of DJing. Now, he releases (kinda, almost, sorta) monthly mixes and plays the occasional guestmix for online and broadcast radio.
