No Burden

Finger-style acoustic blues = bliss. Turns out solo acoustic guitar is not easy to record and mix... there is not a lot of "mixing" that can even happen. You can't really edit mistakes in a track like this. It simply comes down to the performance and the sound of the instrument itself. And mastering is oh so delicate, unlike electronic music where the choices are endless. I have heard other producers mention this touchy phenomenon but it was exciting to realize what they were referring too. Such a fun project. Thanks for listening!

I’m a lucky woman. My friends are cowards, pathetic needy foolish. You don’t notice them on the street at least not without  a tightening in your rib cage and something in your spine, if such things can still be felt. They’re dull and wiry and bother you. You catch sight of your crown in the window’s 
reflection. Thank god. It shines, you say, it shines. All the shining people. I once heard the holiest place is the desert. I reckon these are holy times. My desperate friends know how dark the sun shines.
