BIO
Frankfurt based DJ, producer, curator and event manager Shia LaBiff, known amongst his peers as Michèl Dion Baltin, has a huge repertoire of music and influences which he is constantly sharing for more than 20 years.
Starting in early age with Indie, Post Punk and New Wave he soon discovered the joy of electronic club music and started following the path of New Order, Primal Scream and Andrew Weatherall into a new beat driven world. 
You will hear shades of Italo and Electronic Body Music, New Beat, Acid House, Techno and New/Cold/Synthwave in his mixtapes or DJ sets. His event and guest mix series Blank Wave is providing artists like Perel, Lauer, Shubostar, Que Sakamoto, Rotciv, Moderna and Skelesys – just to name a few.

The Robot Scientists are Markus Schneider and Stefan Maurer, two music connoisseurs, DJs and vinyl collectors from Saarbrücken, Germany. They are two of three behind Emerald & Doreen Records which they founded in 2011, with releases on the edges of Italo Disco, Dark Disco and Indie Dance. 

They also run the premiere and DJ podcast series Something Spæcial since 2013 which is one of the leading indie dance channels on Soundcloud. As DJs, they spin a highly energetic dark & brightly bouncing „all killer, no filler“ mixture of melodic, futuristic and psychedelic Indie Dance, Playa Tech and Space Disco.

Her musical creations blend Italo, dark disco, house, electro, break beats, ebm, techno, and trance, infusing a rock essence. Her tracks have found homes on esteemed labels including Teqwave, Bodymusick, Uruguay, Beat Code, kymakomplex, and Machine Control. As Dollkraut, Pascal Pinkert very much operates out on his own. His mastery of sound makes for music that is at once from the future but also reminiscent of the past. Fusing synth and new wave, pop hooks and a knack for rough riding grooves, he is a versatile producer who can freak you out or make you open your heart. The Dutchman does so with releases on labels like Doppelschall and The Gym; releases that soon sell out and become much sought after. His latest is the gritty yet romantic Holy Ghost People album, which is due on Jennifer Cardini’s new label in March. 

The same haunting but spaced out 70s sound that characterises his music and DJ sets also defines the mix he has put together for us here. It’s a jaunty journey through a cinematic and upbeat world of naive pop, electro boogie, robot disco and glam-synth gorgeousness that oozes style. Few DJs have a sound that manages to be as aesthetically tight yet musically diverse and this, but Dollkraut pulls it off with ease.
