Laima Adelaide is a producer of electronic music, focusing on deep techno and ambient. She also studies classical composition at the State University of Music and the Performing Arts Stuttgart.
Her inspiration comes from her interest in nature, playing piano and visual art. She performs Livesets with her own music from heavy beats to ambient and modern sound design textures.
Stuttgart, Riga, Prague, Freiburg and Berlin are cities she has played in. Recently she has founded her own label Predawn Records.

Technokunst - a Budapest-based collective of like-minded artists - is continuing its series of podcasts, showcasing some of the best talent of the multifaceted genre we call Techno.

We have arrived to the second podcast of 2022 in the form of a studio mix recorded by Whispering Signals label owner Daniel Danieli. Originally hailing from Belgium, the Aachen-based producer has been on our radar for a very long time. His releases have a peculiar haze, a rawness that seems to take notes from Rod Modell's bag of engineering tricks, while still maintaining a strong personal identity and of course - very high production quality. This studio mix is a perfect example of the vibe Dan is going for in his sets - deep, subtle, and whispering. Nils Edte is an artist based in Stuttgart. Driven by his passion for music, he has evolved in the hypnotic ambient techno scene. His deep, organic and atmospherical sound identity was inspired by the classic genres and nature ambience and textures.
As a huge supporter of the local culture scene, he also engages in different kinds of artistic creations and especially the connections between the different Arts. 
Together with Laima Adelaide and Tama he is part of the Stuttgart based label Predawn Records.

𝐋𝐋 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝟎𝟎𝟏 - 𝐍𝐈𝐋𝐒 𝐄𝐃𝐓𝐄

Just in time, as every year, in February the sun slowly and majestically returns to the far north in a magnificent play of colors. 

And what goes better within this spectacular scenery than the warm, grounding baselines and hypnotic atmospheric sounds of Luigi Tozzi. 

In our next episode we are honored to present a mix of Paris based DJ and organizer Poussière Diamant. 

Julien, Founder of the "ART YOU OUT" collective (Paris), has invited and hosted many french and international artists in the last 10 years in France & Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain...). His DJ project,  Poussière Diamant explores the atmospheric, psychedelic and tribal side of deep hypnotic techno. In this edition he presents a mix to honor Luigi Tozzi's productions. 

Before we start, we are happy to hear a few words from Poussière Diamant about his affection of Luigi Tozzi. 


 "It's been 10 years since I discovered Luigi Tozzi, one of my favorite producers over the years (I've bought every one of his productions). A worthy heir to Dino Sabatini, Donato Dozzy and Giorgio Gigli, he has succeeded in making his own mark on the history of deep techno, thanks to his immense talent. I also appreciate his ability to constantly renew himself and explore new musical horizons, without ever losing sight of his musical DNA. 
Initially, I wanted to use Deep blue volume 3 for the Blendet Series project. But then I realized that Luigi Tozzi had already done it in his own way ! So I came up with the idea of making a tribute mix based on all his releases on different labels (Hypnus, Non Series, Outis Music, Mental Modern, etc.). 
Here's hoping Luigi likes it, what he'd probably have done much better! "

Midnight Traffic, the alias of DJ/Producer Rishi from Hyderabad, India, blends techno's depths and lights, crafting hypnotic rhythms and cerebral elements in his music. With nearly a decade of studio experience, his work includes EPs on Qilla Records and The God’s Planet, plus collaborations on Charybdis Records. As a DJ, his sets aim for a fast-paced, hypnotic journey, showcased at venues like Echoes of Earth, DGTL, and Boiler Room Debut. His goal is to transport listeners beyond space and time.

Feeling the sun sending its powerful warmth and light onto our home planet is a typical joy in these summer months. This beautiful star nourishes all beings around us and keeps entire ecosystems alive. Akob, as adepts of the sun, send out their musical waves to build their own garden of sound that enriches our "Dynamic Spheres" this month.

Akob are a DJ, producer and live act duo based in Berlin and Paris. Their interest in scientific theories, dystopian novels and humanity's relationship with the Earth informs their music and drives them to explore different sonic territories. In recent years, they have defined and refined their sonic identity through releases on acclaimed labels such as Lowless, Kvltö, Circular Limited, Planet Rhythm and The Gods Planet. Sophisticated live sets are also part of their repertoire, where they rearrange their studio material and improvise over it with various synthesizers, samplers and effects, making each performance unique.

This hybrid mix contains almost exclusively their own productions and is characterised by their typical sound aesthetic, which combines strong basslines, trippy percussive elements and deep, multi-layered atmospheres. The next 78 minutes take the listener on a mysterious journey into the depths of Akob's musical universe, which holds many inspiring surprises in store. 

The set was recorded live at Amaluna in Paris for an ecstatic dance organised by Anecdote et Alizée.

For the 5th episode of our Focal Podcast, we’ve invited Chilean artist Sam Wilson.

Known for his unconventional take on atmospheric, deep, hypnotic techno, Sam has performed at top venues in Chile, Argentina, and the UK. His production portfolio includes over 30 releases on notable labels.

Beyond his activities as a DJ and producer, Sam is a key figure in the scene as an event organizer and label owner. He founded @blackspot in 2019, organizing over 50 events, and launched Dosis Records in 2021, boasting over 25 releases.

Floating Machine aka Antonio lourenÁo, is a portuguese producer, whoís passion for music started from a very young age. 

Learned and played regularly instruments like guitar, piano or saxophone and took part in various experimental projects in distinct areas like jazz, funk or reggae. 

Influenced by the electronic music magic, he started djing, exploring all itís diversity of influences.

Naturally, this lead to electronic music production, and to exploring these early influences into techno context and also leaning deeply into the palette of ambient experimental sounds
Boom Festival, Modem, Transition, ZNA Gathering, Shankra, are some of the events where Floating Machine has performed.
