This track was produced for the One Synth Challenge 144 using the free "one button" software synth Rand by Sampleson.

The title Capricho, meaning "a whim" in Spanish, embraces the random nature of the synth as well as the unpredictability of the composition.

Recorded in Ableton 10 using 31 instances of Rand and made with mostly randomized then edited patches. More substantial editing was applied to the main bass and percussion patches.

Stock Ableton effects were used and Youlean Loudness Meter Free was used to determine final master volume.
