Earth Moon Earth is a cosmic rock collective created by Drummer/Producer, Dan Joeright in the California hi-desert. Originating from Joshua Tree with roots spreading from Los Angeles to London, this rhythm and synth based project blends elements of electronic, space and psychedelic rock, creating cinematic soundscapes for inter-planetary wanderers.

Starting as an experimental - improvisational project taking shape in Dan's desert recording studio (Gatos Trail), Earth Moon Earth evolved quickly and has been a vehicle to host a variety of collaborating musicians including: Skye Edwards (Morcheeba) - Vocals, Dan Joeright (The Rentals) - Drums, Rich Good (The Psychedelic Furs) - Guitar, Jonathan Hischke (Broken Bells) - Bass, Jasmine Ash - Vocals, Esteban Chavez (the Freeks) - Synths,  Glitch - Theremin, Bob Villwock - Keys,  Be Hussey (Radar Bros) - Bass, Gabriella Evaro - Vocals, Ryan Johnson - Keys, Vincent Signorelli (Unsane) - Percussion and Algis Kizys (Swans) - Short Wave Radio

The name Earth Moon Earth (EME) was derived from a radio communications technique of the same name. EME is the technique of bouncing radio waves off of the moon for the purpose of extending a short wave radio signal around the curvature of the Earth. Like the EME technique, the band's musical goal is to establish a connection.

L.A. born & raised, Singer Songwriter committed to the possibility of 100% Global Sustainability & 0% Oppression, Poverty & Hunger by the Year 2020, or sooner through Art, Music & various other creative means. 

Music & Art have always been a strong passion for me, and I've let everything else get in the way of fully expressing it. Now, at age 55, I'm being fully responsible for what's possible, creating a present & future reality of combining all my passions & commitments to fulfilling on kick ass Music, Art & a kick ass Music & Art career, including stadium packed performances all lined up for an amazing world tour dedicated to transforming global resource practices, ending oppression, hunger, racial bias & poverty.

Overall, my intention is to connect all hearts of the universe, and create, or join events/projects to do so. I'm looking for others to join me - band members, technicians, multi media artists, additional bands, organizations, & whomever else with a common, or similar interest, as well as fans to spread the word & share the experience & the overall possibility (plus, come to our performances, share the music, share the message & share the planet).

Founded in January of 2011 by Alex and Ana Bogusky, John Bielenberg and Rob Schuham- COMMON is a creative accelerator and community for social businesses and projects. We're members of NOBL, an organizational design collective that helps leaders align company culture to strategy. Every month, we take a break from helping real organizations change to discuss fictional leaders and organizations from movies and TV: What works? What doesn’t? And most importantly, we talk about the simple tools they (and you, our listeners) can implement to make the workplace better.

Layne composes field recordings, abstract auditory textures, and rhythmic concrète churns into a hypnotic aural terrain reminiscent of the inceptive work from her seminal female forebears in experimental electronics. Recently released on Karl O'Connor's Downwards Records, she displays her proficiency in creating a vast soundscape and spatial atmosphere.
