This song came to be at a time when I felt very disillusioned and at a crossroads in my life. It has a chaotic sway and some punishing drums.  This song was definitely inspired by most hardcore and post hardcore aggressiveness.

Epic Down is a duo from Leipzig, Germany dedicated to the sluggish grooves and lumbering riffs of sludge & doom, started in 2021 by Mitzschi (guitar(s)/bass) and Fabian (drums/vocals).
Influenced by primal doom, drone and stoner, the sound of Epic Down is mainly characterized by solid downtempo grooves and rolling walls of guitars, complemented by slightly melancholic vocals.

With the release of their first EP "Equinox Pt1" and it’s sequel "Equinox Pt2" in 2023, the band stepped into the light of publicity.
After signing to Argonauta Records the band was able to celebrate the release of „days of oblivion“ as their debut album in fall 2024.

I’m Jesús Fresno, and from my small home studio in Chiclana de la Frontera, I bring to life songs that speak of what hurts and what heals: criticism, love, rage, and hope. I blend hard rock with electronics and anything else that crosses my path, because I don’t believe in boundaries when it comes to sound. I’m inspired by B-movies, science fiction, and that universe where the human and the fantastic blur into one. Cherished Ghosts is an progressive metal music project out of Nashville, TN.  One of the good things about a pandemic that forces one to shelter in place is that it provides the time and space for creativity to spawn.  Cherished Ghosts pulls inspiration from fear, transformation, and a desire to channel lives gamut of emotions through creativity.  Artistic inspiration was pulled from genre bending artists such as Animals as Leaders, Plini, Periphery, Their Dogs Were Astronauts, Loathe and Meshuggah.  There is no angle here other than a sincere hope that you will listen, enjoy, and be inspired to create.  Enjoy!
