Deep breath... Going online to teach 5rhythms. It's a little daunting, because I usually DJ live and respond to the room in the moment and my classes are usually 3 hours! So this is a bit of an adjustment on all levels.
Anyway. Here is the first one hour prerecorded set... I was certainly grooving around with my bluetooth headphones on max recording it, so I hope it hits the spot with you as well.

The wisdom of Ankh - psychedelic medicine journey

Perseverance is an often underrated masculine quality. The ability and will to keep going with a purpose, even when other things for a while will take focus, or interrupt. Humbly this describes a part of myself, and also the process of this piece of music, which has taken 15 months to finish. But here it finally is. A powerful, shorter dance around the medicine wheel, honouring the directions and gaining wisdom and balance from embodying the elementals, we start briefly with ether, then we progress to some earth trance shaking for release & invigoration before starting with fire in the south, and moving in the direction of the sun in the southern hemisphere journeying east to air; north to earth; west to water; and lastly within and all around back to ether - the mystical plasma that integrates all elements yet cannot be sensed with the senses, yet without it light & sound waves could not travel through space.  This is for all the dancers in lockdown needing a dance of balance, centredness and ultimately, peace and calm.
