Based in Berlin (DE) and Kraków (PL), INVERИO is an artist who has committed to the concept of anonymity and aims to keep all focus on the music and not an identity or face behind the decks. INVERИO creates and builds a DJ set comparable to a movie set, with a necessary touch of drama. 

INVERИO is one of the co-founders of BLVSH Collective, a collective whose mission is to grow the exposure, peer support and promotion of all FLINTGA talent (Female, Lesbian, Inter, Non-binary, Trans, Genderqueer and Agender People). INVERИO also hosts a radio programme ‘Made in Tracks’ every nine weeks on Sound System Radio.

After making his debut on Correspondant last year with the incredible ‘Manthony’, Juan Maclean returns with another immersive, deep space funk trip: ‘I Want The Night’

Close friend and kindred spirit of Jennifer Cardini’s label for many years, the NYC artist once again presses all the right buttons at all the right moments. Teaming up with long-time collaborator Monika Heidemann for two of the tracks, ‘I Want The Night’ and ‘Connected’ pump soulfully and emotionally just as much as they do cosmically as Monika purrs and drawls her vocals in perfect harmony with Juan’s driven-but-forever-unhurried beats.

Elsewhere ‘Wipeout’ is a one-way ticket to peaktime while remixes from Correspondant familiar Terr and recently rebooted cult NYC act Dorothy’s Fortress both make MacLean gleam in two very different ways. The night is ours…

Welcome back to another Transmission broadcasting from the HER 他 Transmission Mix Series, our mix series showcasing amazing artists from around the world. For the 121ST editions, we bring you a mix from Lithuanian born, Copenhagen based artist, Neri J.

A founder of the Vortex parties and resident at Den Anden Side (former Ved Siden Af) Neri J is an artist and DJ who’s music breaks down the boundaries between techno, acid and trance. With hard hitting and high intensity throughout the entire set, Neri J does not rest in her delivery, making these her own trademarks and cementing her as one of Copenhagen's true underground darlings.

French artist Captain Mustache lands on Canada's My Favorite Robot with an EP that features a high quality list of collaborators including Chicks on Speed, Mateo Murphy and Romina Cohn. Captain Mustache is from Paris and has been toiling away on this project for many years. He has worked with electro & techno idols including Adamski, The Advent and Paris The Black Fu who have all helped bring an extra vocal dimension to his music. Inspired by 80's pioneers, Detroit techno and electroclash freaks, his sounds is a freaky mix of romantic, burlesque and cold electro styles from the future. The title track here kicks things off with the help of the iconic Chicks on Speed. It's a stark and futuristic cut with deadpan vocals and crisp melodies that bring heartfelt emotion. Romina Cohn provides the vocals on 'Besame Esta Noche', a spaced out electro journey that takes you through the stars on a skeletal groove that is perfectly icy. Things get more unhinged with the trippy 'Body x Mind', which has darker vocals and edgy chords accompanying the frozen drums and then Mateo Murphy steps up to remix. The Canadian veteran reworks 'Mentally Naked' into a loopy cut that is constantly on the rise. It keeps you perfectly in suspense and lost in the vocals, while his dub is just as special. This is high-class electro to kick off My Favorite Robot's 2020 in style.

Welcome back to another Transmission broadcasting from the HER 他 Transmission Mix Series, a weekly mix series showcasing incredible and amazing artists from around the world. For the 46th edition, we bring you a mix from Taiwanese Artist, Betty Apple. 

Born of a millennium generation of Avant-garde artists in Taiwan, Betty Apple is a multidisciplinary artist whose work (and music) focuses on using body politics in performativity as her frameworks and drawing on her lived experiences as a millennial living in post-colonial Taiwan. Her work appropriates symbolic objects from kitsch culture and consumer society as sound elements; mass-produced objects intended for eroticism or entertainment, such as vibrators, underwear or part of sexbot’s body are carried inside the body through violent and grotesque means. Her aim is to study the chaotic and hysterical "noise text" that is created from input to output, distorted by dynamics introduced by humans as well as objects. The main idea is to symbolize what is repressed by the seemingly perfect/accurate sound of science and patriarchy.

Logan with collaborators NLLY, Cecilia Candia, Armageddon Turk.VooCha is a figure which latches onto movements in culture.  the VooCha avatar by means of the VooCha Augmented Reality Filter.  Shifting away from the personal, into the universal the collective project of VooCha is a cross section in difficult listening, sound, bridging to DJ culture. 

VooCha has been making music in various configurations for a few years, core founder Melissa E. Logan works with producers DJ Aroma and Armageddon Turk, performers Nelly Ellinor, Jesseline Sarkodie and has multinational spread of guest collaborations.
