Das Signal                     

An jedem Tag, in jeder Nacht,
empfang‘ ich ein Signal in mir:
Ich weiß nicht ein, ich weiß nicht aus,
ich halt‘ das alles nicht mehr aus.
Ich geh‘ jetzt  `ran, ich fang‘ neu an
und ich versuch’s, bis das ich irgendwann,
grad‘ aus nach vorne schauen kann
und fang‘ ein neues Leben an.

Ich brech‘ den Weg ab den ich ging,
zerreiß das Netz in dem ich mich verfing,
geh‘ endlich meinen eig’nen Weg
und werd‘ mir klar, dass ich noch leb.
Ich steu’re neue Sterne an,
lass ganze Galaxien hinter mir.
Die Enge wurde mir zu viel,
doch nun bestimmt mein Kurs das Ziel.

Chorus:	
        Auf allen Frequenzen
	empfang‘  ich Sequenzen,
	mein eigenes ich
	funkt an mich!
	Radar aktiviert,
	auf Empfang programmiert,
	decodier ich die Stimme
	in mir.

Eine Gefahr ist völlig klar:
Nichts wird mehr sein, so wie es früher war.
Katapultier mich grade aus,
aus meiner Umlaufbahn heraus.
Doch das Signal ist eine Qual
und lässt mir einfach keine and’re Wahl.
Nur der totale Neubeginn
ergibt für mich noch einen Sinn.
