We are excited to present a 4-song EP by the iconic French synth duo, Deux, entitled Let’s Go ! Gérard Pelletier and Cati Tête formedDeux shortly after meeting in Lyon in 1981. They became known for their stripped-down synthpop compositions and suitably cold duets, through their first Minimal Wave release entitled Decadence (2010) and later their Golden Dreams EP (2012). In the late 1980s and early 1990s, they began to branch out and make more dancefloor-oriented music. The Let’s Go ! EP features three remastered mixes of their underground classic Let’s Go ! and an unreleased version of Everybody’s Night (Dirty Mix). This release is pressed on 180-gram black vinyl, presented in a heavy printed sleeve, based on their 1991 artwork, and accompanied by a black and white photo of the duo. The record is pressed as an edition of 999 copies. A digital release will follow. Release date: February 14th, 2023.

The overwhelming wave of Cim Pian's pulsating vibrations ignited a primal desire to dance. The air buzzed with electricity while strobe lights, just like an artist's brushes, painted the dancefloor in a bright kaleidoscope of colors. As if in a trance, the bodies swayed smoothly in the embrace of hypnotic melodies.

– Look! What's that?
– I don't know, Needle. Some kind of rift in the fabric of the universe. Shall we explore it?

Having exchanged glances, the friends resolutely entered the mesmerising portal where their senses were engulfed in a whirlwind of sound and light. Time and space became fluid in this phantasmagorical world, twisting and turning in harmony with the music. As if floating weightlessly over the vastness of an extraterrestrial landscape, they traversed unimaginable boundaries of dimensions driven by a psychedelic vibe that echoed in the mind.

– Hey, Plate! Where's your other half?
– I don't get it anymore. I just don't want to get lost in this paradox…

Cim Pian's latest release, the Evolution of Species EP, is a sonic journey that delves into the primal essence of minimal techno. This EP encapsulates the evolutionary dance between nature and sound, where each track echoes the relentless march of species through time.

The title track, "Evolution of Species," sets the stage with deep, resonant drums that mimic the heartbeat of the earth. Atmospheric synths and evolving rhythms guide the listener through ancient caves, where the whispers of early lifeforms are almost tangible. It's a track that speaks to the primal instincts embedded within us all.

Adding a unique twist, the Italian techno maestro Jamahr contributes an electro remix that injects a modern pulse into the primordial narrative. We are very happy to announce the 13th release of Cabrera with two special remixes from the label boss', J.C., 'Vertigo' record that came out in the summer of 2017. Side A comes with a special Shed rework. Rene is a huge influence for us and we are thrilled to have him on our catalogue. Keeping the essence of the original, he made a proper raw dub techno banger. On the flip side, Kastil, already part of the family, took Nyame in a whole other level and made a fresh blend of fierce techno.

2 newcomers on LPZ Records show their take on House Music on these 4 tracks. Bordon goes for a lo fi sound on both 'Mirror's and 'Stereotypes' fusing soulful vocals with surreal melodies and that garage-y bounce that gets you moving. Demian goes for a deeper style with 'Jazz Thing', an ode to the heroes of swing from yesteryear, plus 'Who am I to judge' that goes even deeper with a repeating vocal loop and some big pads to get you thinking as well as dancing.
