These are Needle and Plate, native Europeans, record collectors and just friends for whom hanging out and communicating with members of the creative movement is sheer bliss. 

Once the conversation heads to genres and tastes, everything else ceases to exist. And it doesn't matter what the weather is outside: the main thing is that the music doesn't stop playing. Yet, there is no better reason for a walk than a sunny day and a bottle of craft beer. This is the opinion of those who disappear for days in search of a sound close in spirit, such that it will tell about the inner self more accurately than any words. Chippy Chasers is an illustrated electronic label and record store from The Hague, promoting a wide range of house sounds. Founded in 2023, the project blends music, storytelling, and visual identity into one continuous experience.

The stories unfold in the present — through the lives of Needle and Plate, two friends who simply can’t imagine life without music. Female selectivity and male determination take them across Europe’s nightclubs, record shops, and creative spaces — all in search of that perfect moment the dance genre has to offer.
