Encountering the world of Psytrance through a Party in Austria in 2014, this genre quickly started to fascinate the person behind Chlamydia Nightmare. Listening to it every day, whilst enjoying and exploring it, developing an addictive behaviour.

Years later, after nearly a decade of listening to Psy-Music on a daily basis and going to parties and festivals, his newly moved in flat mate at that time (JJUXXTA), showed him how to mix together two tracks on a DJ Controller. Having no expectations at all, it felt quite satisfying & fun, whilst finally realising that he could now dive even deeper into his favourite music genre.

Already recording his first whacky Set a few weeks later, the procedure of thinking about what tracks could fit together, which style & tempo to play etc. unlocked a lot of joy inside an already crazy/Psy-addicted Person and Chlamydia Nightmare was sort of born, funnily connected to a weird story from the past regarding a sexual disease.

Chlamydia Nightmare is a project based on the constant (and maybe sometimes lost) hunger of scanning through all the newest Psytrance Music and making the tracks fit together somehow in a weird messy psychedelic fashion. 

Chlamydia Nightmare Sets are mostly around the range of 146-160 BPM Night-& Twilight-Psy, occasionally also diving into DarkPsy and foresty Nightpsy aswell as ForestPsy. Playing not only older tracks from the last 9 years of personal research, but also always adding the newest tunes on the market to his sets, he always hopes to ignite the listener with the same joy he gets from Psy, infecting them like a disease.

Nevertheless, Chlamydia Nightmare is still only the fun little project of a cracked up childish person, which for some reason, listens to Psytrance every day without losing the joy for it. The drive behind playing and recording sets is still fueled by the happiness of just listening to this kind of music for hours on end, even if Chlamydia Nightmare is the only person in the room.
