DJ, producer, label owner and primary school teacher. Is there anything Gifta doesn’t do? A true powerhouse both on and off the decks, she’s known for her dynamic energy and innovative approach to Drum & Bass. 

Inspired by the underground, her production fuses rolling drum patterns with minimal jump-up influences while her DJ sets are described as unapologetic and relentless. Few can match the fire she brings her style, selection and passion.

She also founded Phase Records DNB, a label celebrated for pushing the values of Drum & Bass and dedicated to championing the sounds she loves. Phase is recognised as a vibrant hub for fresh, boundary-pushing music and is a home not just for her core artists but also for established names.

Her work is not just for her own imprint. Her tunes can also be found on the likes of DeVice, Tres-2b and Trust Audio and frequently collaborates with Hopsital Records and Overview. 
With endless drive and an unmistakable presence, Gifta is carving out her place as a formidable force in the global D&B scene.

Phase Records DNB is an underground Drum and Bass record label based in London. Our residents artist are internationally based, representing talent from our home in the UK but also in Europe and New Zealand. Our sound as a label focuses on a hybrid inspired by dark and clever minimal, aggressive rollers and light, techy neuro. We call it Skatimal, our friends call it Vibes!

You can catch the crew on multiple, international takeovers at raves and festivals whilst continuing to champion the sound we believe in.

Hailing from Oxford, budding DJ/Producer Charis is making her mark on the drum and bass scene. Having graduated from the EQ50 mentorship in 2024, where she worked closely with renowned D&B imprint Shogun Audio, she has taken honing her sound in her stride.
Existing across the sonics of minimal and the more soulful side of the drum and bass spectrum, Charis creates emotive music which tells a story. With releases on the likes of Incurzion, Phase Records DNB, Intersteller and Dropjaw Audio; her name is fast becoming recognised as being one to watch when it comes to up and talent. 
With sets up and down the UK, plenty of forthcoming music on the way and her residency as one of Phase Records DNB core producers – there is no limit to her potential and trajectory.
