You sound like CHRIS to me...we are all influenced at some stage but ultimately,the individual shines through as you do on this one Chris!! Comparisons are easy to make,but one's soul is in the music!

I've been looking at the comment bar of this track (while I can still see it without a magnifying glass) wondering who I'm hiding behind. But I'm not there. Feel I've heard this song from you and that I loved it a year ago too. The mind plays tricks. Anyway, a belated 'wow, this is so beautiful'. I just love your voice on this, from the vocal entrance on. gorgeous horn sound starting second verse too. High time you reposted some of these gems. Still don't understand why my name's not here, but it is now!

Hi Chris, I know I listened to this months ago and I could have sworn that I had commented and favourited too (it's an age thing - it'll get to you in a decade or two). This is just sublime and so beautifully nuanced, nothing is wasted, nothing overstated, everything making its painterly mark. Love this brother. There is a beautiful sound just at 1.00 that takes this to another level but I couldn't comment there as Mr Bergman had beaten me to it. Thanks for re-sharing this timeless classic.
